The vinegar is a very good disinfectant as it prevents stomach diseases, flue and respiratory tract diseases. The vinegar is suitable for people suffering from hypertension. Furthermore, it helps for the nice complexion and keeps the face young, removes the dandruff and makes the hair shiny. It is said that it facilitates the fat dissolution and losing weight, respectively.
The apple vinegar contains 19 of the 22 most needed minerals for health. The most important among them is potassium. It destroys the acid crystals in the joints and the tissues, keeps the moisture in the organism and prevents the penetration of bacteria in it. The others are phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, magnesium, iron, fluorine and siloxane. With great variety of weapons against the diseases it is no wonder that the apple vinegar improves the blood circulation, returns to normal the blood pressure and reduces greatly the risk of infarction.
The vinegar rich in minerals facilitates the dissolution of the fats in the body and prevents the further fats accumulation.
The experts think that by consuming apple vinegar people could lose weight even without being on a diet, even if it is slower. It could be consumed in two ways: in the form of capsules or one spoonful of vinegar dissolved in water. However there is a serious warning to people having irritable stomach, ulcer or acute gastritis – not to use this method for losing weight because they would harm their health.
The apple vinegar consumption relieves stress, headache and migraine. These problems are often caused by the harmful substances accumulated in the body. If you have in the morning and in the evening or with all meals one teaspoonful of apple vinegar, dissolved in water, you will restore the natural acidity in your organism.
Being a natural product the vinegar does not cause any side adverse effects but as with all products there are some cases when it is not desirable to use vinegar:
- If a person is ill and takes a lot of medicines it is not recommended to use a lot of vinegar because of the risk of renal problems due to the possible combination of vinegar with the various chemical compounds in the medicines. The other option is that the medications might lose their efficiency because of the acid balance change in the organism after the consumption of vinegar. This is especially valid about the antibiotics. Everything depends on the chemical composition of the medications.
- People having disease of the stomach-intestinal tract should reduce the vinegar consumption as it causes the greater secretion of gastric juices.
- There is another one group of people who should be careful with vinegar – these are the elderly people recovering from bone fractures so that the effect of joint pains, increasing the pains and slow healing of the fracture not to be caused.
